July 2 2024 Hours of Operation Changes

As we transition out of the payroll business, occasionally changes will need to be made that allow us to most effectively support you and your organization.

Effective July 2, 2024, our service hours will change to 9am to 5:30pm EST

Rest assured, Deluxe Payroll will continue to support you and process your payroll until you are up and running with Payworks.

Here are some helpful
items to assist you

REPORTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE!
Saving all your reports off of the system is an important step at this time as the system only retains 24 months of reports from creation date. After 24 months the reports are no longer retrievable. You must save your reports off the system for your own records management we are not able to
 store generated PDFs on your company's behalf.
