Set up employees for E-tax forms

Save time and money by going digital with your T4s and other tax forms
STEP 1
Collect written permission from your employees
Before you can send your tax forms to your employees by e-mail, you must first receive their consent in writing. To make things easier, you can download our standard consent form here.
Tip: You can include digital tax form consent in your employment contracts when hiring someone new

STEP 2

Turn on the setting in your employee profiles

In the employee profile section, choose an employee and then head to the CALCULATIONS section.
Click on a magnifying glass icon and then choose Tax Form Consent.
Set the Yes/No switch to Yes and then click Enter to save your choice.
Tip: Want to set up everyone at once? You can choose "Email Everyone" at Year End when ordering your tax forms.
