How to add/remove a contact
Multi User Enhanced Security

with Deluxe Payroll Canada

Whether you're experiencing turnover in your organization's payroll team or simply wish to add an extra person to your authorized contacts on the Payroll Account just in case, keeping your Company Profile up to date with your authorized contacts in PAYweb is fast and easy.

Step One
Click on Company profile from the Main menu.

Step Two
Click on User Profiles

What can I do in the Company Profile?

  • Add / Edit / Remove a contact User Profile

  • Security & Profile

  • Change Password

  • Company Addresses

  • Notifications

  • Display Active Users

  • View Reports

  • View Log of access and changes

Add User
Click on Add User to enter information for a new authorized team member. Once created they will receive an email with a link to set their password and security questions.

Editing a Contact
Click on the empty checkbox next to a contact's name and then click or press Enter.

Deleting a Contact
Choose Delete option next to a contact on the right of the email, and then click or press Enter. Please note that it is important to always maintain at least one authorized contact in your list.
